We invite submissions for an upcoming anthology exploring women's personal narratives of gender-based discrimination, resilience, and empowerment. This collection will document and analyze the varied ways women navigate spaces where their voices, autonomy, and humanity are challenged.
This book aims to bring together diverse perspectives on how women experience and respond to gender-based discrimination in their personal, professional, and public lives. Through first-person narratives, we seek to illuminate both the persistent challenges women face and their strategies for resistance and self-advocacy.
We welcome essays addressing experiences including but not limited to:
Professional discrimination and workplace inequality
Sexual harassment and objectification
Dismissal of expertise and intellectual contributions
Safety concerns and vulnerability in public spaces
Intersectional experiences of discrimination
Moments of resistance and self-advocacy
Impact on personal identity and self-worth
Building solidarity and finding support
Essays should be personal narratives that blend lived experience with reflection
